The primary statutory powers and duties of DCAM are set forth in Section 1 et seq of Title 61 and Section 61 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

The principal office of the Division of Capital Assets Management is located in the Will Rogers Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Suite 206, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
