Robert G. McCampbell, Chairman Appointed to the Board by the Governor to serve a five year term expiring October 31, 2017. Robert G. McCampbell is a native Oklahoman. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1980 and his law degree from Yale Law School in 1983. Since 1983, he has practiced law in Oklahoma City, alternating between government and private practice. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney from 1987 to 1994 where he served as chief of the financial fraud unit. In 2001, Mr. McCampbell was nominated to be United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma, was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate, and served a four-year term. Mr. McCampbell has received multiple honors in the practice of law including being elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2009. His government service also includes having served as Chairman of the Oklahoma Center for Advancement of Science and Technology and Chairman of the Oklahoma County Citizens Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice. Mr. McCampbell is now in private practice with the firm of Fellers Snider Blankenship Bailey and Tippens. He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Donna, and their children, Ann and Ben.
Sue Wycoff, Member Appointed to the Board by the Senate President Pro Tempore to serve a three year term expiring October 31, 2015. Sue Wycoff has been a lawyer for 35 years, practicing in Oklahoma, Georgia and New York. Her practice has covered a wide range, including being a housing lawyer for Legal Aid of Western Oklahoma, a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, a lawyer on Indian issues for Oklahoma Indian Legal Services, an Oklahoma Assistant Attorney General and a public defender representing condemned prisoners on Oklahoma’s death row. Ms. Wycoff also served for several years as Attorney in Charge of the Criminal Appeals Bureau of the New York Legal Aid Society. In the recent past Ms. Wycoff represented individuals and municipal labor unions in Oklahoma. She currently serves as Legal Advisor to the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Ms. Wycoff has a B.A. from Georgia State University and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.
Greg Buckley, Member
Mr. Greg Buckley has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Public Administration and has been working in Municipal Government for the past 22 plus years. He has been actively involved with Labor relations since 1996 and has worked with Unions in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania serving as Chief negotiator and city designated contact for contract negotiations and grievances. He served on the committee that drafted the rules and procedures for the Public Employees Labor Relations Board after the adoption of the Municipal Employees Collective Bargaining Act. He has municipal experience in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Illinois in communities ranging from 3,500 to 95,000 in population. He currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Muskogee, OK. |
