Homecoming Ceremony for Oklahoma National Guard Soldiers

Governor Fallin addresses soldiers from the Oklahoma National Guard 45th IBCT during a homecoming ceremony.  The soldiers were returning from a deployment overseas to Afghanistan and Kuwait.

Governor Fallin thanks soldiers from the Oklahoma National Guard's 45th IBCT for their service during a homecoming ceremony.  The soldiers, some of whom served in Afghanistan and some of whom served in Kuwait, were a part of the Guard's largest deployment since the Korean War
