Oklahoma native Penny Hill's sound can only be described as eclectic. She combines poetic lyrics, wandering melodies, and penetrating vocals in a sound that might be described as garage folk rock with hints of psychedelic and jazz. Seattle musician Shenandoah Davis will also perform.
