Growing in the local Oklahoma music scene since 2009, The Boom Bang is one of the next up and coming Okie bands. The foursome has graced house parties at SXSW, and is a staple on the Stillwater music scenes. They played in a Las Vegas festival and Dfest in Tulsa. The band is currently touring nationally. Opening for the Boom Bang will be Lizard Police and Shivery Shakes. Also riding the Oklahoma garage rock wave is the raw, youthful punk of The Copperheads. Their frenetic, crazed delivery releases a buzzing energy. Copperheads is an unrelenting, rough and tumble experience not for the faint of heart. These two Oklahoma bands will join forces to release a combined vinyl with two new songs each.
