Cashier/Check Cashing Window

The State Treasurer’s Office provides a cashier/check cashing window in which state agencies are able to collect warrants printed, interagency mail, payroll and CMIA. The Treasurer’s Office cashier window is also open to the public to cash any state issued warrant.

The cashier office is open from:

• 8:00am-5:00pm for agencies to pickup warrants printed, interagency mail, payroll and CMIA.
• 10:30am-3:30pm for check cashing.

Safekeeping

 The State Treasurer’s Office provides safekeeping for state agencies, including:

• Holding securities that are registered in the agencies name for the agency.
• This reduces the risk of the agency losing their assets or having them stolen because it provides a safe place to store the assets with minimal risk.
• Approved Safekeeping Banks for the State of Oklahoma.
