The code services division of the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal's Office
is responsible for inspections of various facilities as
prescribed by Oklahoma State Statute. On average, code service agents
perform over 2,000 inspections across the State of Oklahoma. Fees for
the inspections are set by the Oklahoma legislature.

fee schedule is available online.
Adopted rules
enforced by this office as of September 1, 2007.
Title 74 § 317 of Oklahoma
Statute outlines the basic required locations of inspections to be performed
by the State Fire Marshal.
